I’ve hosted my very first reading of The Planting Festival, and it was a heartwarming kickoff to the back-to-school season.
During the reading, kids followed Hopper’s journey as he faced his first-day-of-school worries and learned how to overcome them with curiosity and courage. It was a story many could relate to, especially with a new school year just around the corner.
But the fun didn’t stop there! After the story, the little readers enjoyed delicious ice cream and brought their creativity to life with Planting Festival-themed coloring sheets.
